These terms describe use of the Carbonless Trades service, operated by Carbonless.
Service scope
Carbonless Trades provides estimates, invoices, rendered PDFs, a client book, business details, and payment records. You can create and review documents through the ChatGPT connection and Estimate Builder, and access saved information in the dashboard.
Free use and limits
The free Trades plan includes 3 documents per rolling 30 days. Creating an estimate or invoice uses one document. Converting an estimate to an invoice uses another. Editing or downloading an existing document does not use another allowance.
When you attempt a fourth document within that window, creation is blocked by the free limit. The upgrade prompt is shown once when the limit is reached, not repeatedly on subsequent blocked attempts. You can create another document when your rolling usage falls below the limit or after upgrading.
Trades Pro and payments
Trades Pro provides unlimited trades documents for $19 per month or $190 per year, in USD. Monthly plans are billed monthly; annual plans are billed once per year.
Payment takes place through Polar Checkout outside Carbonless and ChatGPT. Card data never reaches Carbonless. Your plan changes after payment is verified.
